I’m talkin hummingbirds.
The end of May seems to be the time they start arriving around here in northern Utah. It’s always been the Black-chinned hummingbird male that arrives at the feeders first.
Followed by the female.
I take a lot of pictures of the birds that come and go from our backyard, but by far, the hummingbirds are my favorite.
I can’t believe they sit long enough for you to get these pics! B has seen them twice now in the morning when he’s sippin’ his morning cup o’ joe. Guess that’ll teach me not to sleep in…. NOT. LOL
You’ll have to put a window feeder on your dining and living room windows.
I’m jealous our feeder broke last year so I’m late getting one up. Thanks for reminding me.
We had two last year that we named Fraulein Schmitt and Chirpy. We’ve seen at least one this year! Your pictures are exquisite!!
