I spotted this handsome looking fellow yesterday on the top of Gabe’s dog run in the backyard.
I know I’ve seen him before swooping though the backyard but I’ve never been able to get a picture until now.
Papa Bear grabbed the bird book and was able to identify him as a Cooper’s Hawk.
If you click on either picture you can get a better look. He’s certainly a beautiful hawk despite his demonic looking red eyes.
